By placing an order with 77-36.top, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

1. The Service

77-36.top ("we", "us", "our") creates custom animated greeting webpages ("pages") on behalf of customers ("you"). Each page is delivered as a publicly accessible URL hosted by us.

2. Ordering

Orders are placed by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge receipt and you have provided all required content (recipient name, message, theme choice, and any photos).

3. Pricing & Payment

The current price is 20 AED per page. Prices are subject to change; any change will not affect confirmed orders already in progress.

Payment terms are agreed at the time of order. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the page link until payment is received.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver the completed page link within 24 hours of receiving all required content and confirmed payment. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand or public holidays.

5. Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions to correct errors or make minor adjustments. Significant changes to content or theme after delivery may incur an additional charge.

6. Content You Provide

You are responsible for ensuring that any text, photos, or other content you provide to us:

Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
Is not offensive, defamatory, or unlawful
You have the right to share with us for the purpose of creating the page

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of building and hosting your page.

7. Page Availability

Pages remain active as long as our service is running. We make no guarantee of permanent availability. We reserve the right to take down pages that violate these terms or applicable law, or to discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Refunds

If we are unable to deliver a page that reasonably matches the agreed brief, we will offer a re-do or a full refund. We do not offer refunds for completed pages where the content provided was accurate and the page was delivered as agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 77-36.top shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
